1. PURPOSE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION

2. SPECIFIC REGULATIONS

When customers conduct transactions and/or register for an account on JILI7, depending on the circumstances, customers must provide certain necessary information for transaction execution and/or account registration.

Customers agree to allow JILI7 to record and store the content of (i) customer calls to JILI7’s customer service hotline; and (ii) calls from JILI7’s customer service department to customers (hereinafter collectively referred to as Audio Recordings).
2.2. Commitment to Store and Protect Customer Information
All customer information, as well as communications between customers and JILI7, are stored and protected by JILI7’s system.
JILI7 employs appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized access to and use of customer information. JILI7 also regularly collaborates with security experts to update the latest information on network security to ensure the safety of customer information when customers access, register accounts, and/or use JILI7’s features.
When collecting data, JILI7 stores and protects customer information on its server system, and this information is secured through firewall systems, access control measures, and data encryption.
Customers are absolutely prohibited from engaging in any behavior involving the use of tools or programs to unauthorized interfere with the system or alter the data structure of JILI7, as well as any other behavior aimed at distributing, encouraging activities intended to interfere with, sabotage, or breach the data of JILI7’s system, and any behaviors prohibited by Philippines law.
In the event JILI7 discovers that a customer is intentionally engaging in impersonation, fraud, distributing unauthorized information, etc., JILI7 has the right to transfer the customer’s Personal Information to competent authorities for processing according to legal regulations.
2.3. Duration of Storage and Use of Customer Information
For current accounts, JILI7 will store and use customer information without time limitation until the customer closes the account.
For closed accounts, JILI7 still stores the customer’s Personal Information and access to serve purposes of fraud prevention, investigation, answering inquiries, etc. This Personal Information will be stored on JILI7’s server system for a maximum period of 12 (twelve) months from the date the customer closes their account on JILI7. After this period ends, JILI7 will permanently delete the customer’s Personal Information.
2.4. Scope of Use of Customer Information
JILI7 has the right to use the information provided by customers, including but not limited to customer information to:
Provide services/utilities to customers based on their needs and habits when accessing JILI7;
Detect and prevent fraudulent activities, sabotage of customer accounts, or activities impersonating customer identity on JILI7;
Contact, facilitate communication with, and resolve issues with customers in special circumstances.
2.5. Links to Other Websites
Customers are responsible for protecting their account information and not providing any information related to their account and login password on JILI7 on other websites except when logging in to the official address of JILI7 at https://jili7m.com/
Customers must take responsibility for any issues arising when they access JILI7 from websites other than the official JILI7 website.
2.6. Sharing Customer Information
JILI7 does not provide customer information to any third party except when required to comply with requests from authorized State agencies, or according to legal regulations, or when providing such information is necessary for JILI7 to provide services/utilities to customers (for example: providing necessary information to deployment units or software demonstration…).
Apart from the above cases, JILI7 will specifically notify customers when customer information must be disclosed to a third party. In this case, JILI7 commits to only disclosing customer information with the customer’s consent.
JILI7 may share customer information for the following purposes
Market research and analytical reports: JILI7m may use customer information for market research, compilation, and analysis of general customer information (e.g., average age, geographic area), detailed information will be hidden and only used for statistical purposes.
